    Colorado State Tartan

After seeing the other state tartan threads, I thought I'd share the Colorado one with everyone.

    Here's the tartan:

Here is a link to the House resolution adopting it.

Colorado Tartan Day 2005, Colorado Tartan Day 2006. and Thunder Mountain Pipe Band which is the only pipe band to wear the Colorado Tartan.

    That's a nice one.

I've been trying to find somewhere to eventually get this tartan. The only folks I've found so far who'll do it is "The Scottish Weaver" and the cost runs at least $700 or so for 10 yards of wool. I prefer poly, so that I can throw the kilt in the washing machine, and that is a minimum order of 150 yards-for a total of almost $3000! I guess my dream of a Colorado kilt is going to have to wait until I either win the lottery or find some other way of getting rich.
