Thanks all. I wanted the tartan but had not been thrilled by how it looked in a swatch I saw. When it arrived, though, it was awesome!

I really like that tartan. How's it pleated?

Sorry, I have no idea. I don't think I was offered the choice of sett or stripe. It was made by the Scotweb Kilt Store, one of the advertisers on here

I know of an Army colonel who also wears a kilt in the Galician tartan, so you're not quite alone...

wow, that's looks much better than i anticipated! I was thinking of getting one, but kept looking at the pictures of the tartan and was not sure.

Now I have to decide do I put it on my wish list... or want list!!
