    Who needs a special day for it? I showed up two sundays ago and wore it at the pulpit. Even had someone thank me for wearing it.

    On a related note, NPR had an interview with the current chaplain of the U.S. Senate. He credited his call to ministry to hearing a recording of one of Peter Marshall's sermons.

    Peter Marshall came up with the idea. I know of no historical basis for it.
