Tartan or just a pretty plaid?

Just curious if this is an "official" tartan or just a pretty plaid wool:

    thanks.

The order is correct, but the proportions are a bit off.

What do you Stewarts and affiliates think?
Is it close enough to be Stewart Gray, or not?

Yeah, the gray undercheck isn't wide enough. Still looks good though. Hard to tell from the photo, bit it looks like nice heavy cloth, too.

Yeah....Looks close, but not quite. I'm kicking myself for not doing a BIN on ebay for this, as it was quite cheap, and I'm now in a bidding war.

Hopefully you're not in a bidding war with a fellow xsmarkser!

It is an eye catching pattern. I love the grey based tartans I've seen as of late.

And I'm totally kicking myself now. The BIN was $19.99 and I think it ended up around $35 or so to the winner.
