    Vulcan - Gaelic Translation

In my never-ending quest to be as confounding as possible I have developed the need to have that most famous Vulcan greeting "Live long, and prosper" translated into Scots Gaelic.

Several online sources actually have this exact phrase (I guess by now it is a pretty universally understood phrase...Trekkies reproduce, after all.)

    Sonas 'is fad saoghail leibh

Just checking to see if anyone cares to either agree with or dispute this translation.
    Thanks!

Guys, the OP was asking about a Vulcan to Scots Gaelic translation. Nothing was said about Klingon! yaj'a'? luq. (understood? good.) Now, taH [quiet] 'ej jaH Daq Qong! (be quiet and go to sleep!)

According to the Vulcan Language Dictionary (for the Vulcan) and Freelang for the Scots Gaelic, here's the translation:
    Vulcan: Dif-tor heh smusma
    English: live long and prosper
Scots Gaelic: Sonas 'is fad saoghail leibh

    Vulcan: sochya eh dif
    English: peace and long life
Scots Gaelic: Sith agus beatha fhada dhuit
(from http://www.marketaz.co.uk/StarTrek/Vulcan/llp.html - much harder to find a translation for this.)
