I think this would be really good if available on the internet as I have had my gran's family heading over to the USA Canada Australia and New Zealand. My Australian family call Scalpay home which is strange as the family left over 80 years ago....It would be interesting to find more cousins...

This is excellent news. My family trace the first generation Canadian immigrant back to the Lewis in 1804 but no further. This could be invaluable to us who have been ignorant of more details for many generations.
