Re: "History of Scotland" kaput
Different youtube source.
I have plans to load it on my own youtube account & then "fix" the links, but haven't had the time yet. Sorry.
T. E. ("TERRY") HOLMES proud descendant of the McReynolds/MacRanalds of Ulster & Keppoch, Somerled & Robert the Bruce.
"Ah, here comes the Bold Highlander. No arse in his breeks but too proud to tug his forelock..." Rob Roy (1995)
Ah, I see. I like to go back and watch it from time to time as it has so much info that I couldnt possibly catch it all in one viewing. So for all that want to see it here is the link till you get it up and running again. Thanks! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8hG01ZzlKxI
I have the DVDs and the portrayal of Scottish history is superb. It is a brilliant production in which Neil Oliver tells a compelling and riveting story. I like it even better than the truly wonderful "A History of Britain" by Simon Schama. Anyone who enjoys great history should watch them both.
