    Paper update........if anyone is interested:

Current term grade, A-. The paper on Tartan is the bulk of the grading. The Professor, is impressed with the information that the offspring has acquired & the way it's being presented. Especially, last week's assignment. Something about, taking the information collected & creating thought provoking/deep thinking questions about the chosen Artifact. #1 was amazed how easy it was to create such questions from the overwhelming amount of information.

On the positive note, #1 no longer has issues with me being kilted around her. A little knowledge, seems to have given her new found respect for Tartan & the kilt.

If it is possible, some of us, myself specifically, would be interested in reading her paper after it has been turned in.

I suggested that very thing. Her reply, "Uuhhhmm, ya..sure on that". Honest, we did try to teach her correct American, with a modicum of Her Majesty's own.

That sounds like a question from the Humanities Professor.

Once again, I've been press ganged into service. The offspring's final work was submitted Thursday afternoon. Thursday night, she & our #2 NALTD headed to Disneyland. Term is officially over, tomorrow at 12:00 pm PST. As she got her paper in so early, it's been graded. The following is the text I received, just a few minutes ago.......

"Please tell the gentlemen of the forum, "Thank you". We passed the Humanities class with flying colours. 960 out of a possible 1000 points. A's on both projects, & ."

Professor was impressed with the information, & quality of her sources. She noted several Scots, true Highlanders, a retired Lecturing Professor, one Historian, one kilt maker, a few of Scottish descent, & lots of reading, suggested by the variety of individuals.
