The cost of producing an electronic version could be the individual's, if you would be interested in a place on XMTS. Perhaps a condition would be an XMTS watermark.
Perhaps a subject for late-night discussion this weekend?

Gentlemen,
I've sent eMailed a copy to those who have PM'd me but I won't send any more as Steve has kindly offered to make it more user friendly. Some of the eMails have bounced - so if you did not receive it it may be something to do with your email provider.

For those who get around to reading it I'd be interested to know what you think.
