2011 Glengarry Highland Games-Maxville, On.

Hi all-
I will be at these games serving my first official duty as Vice President of Clan Brown in N.A. , with the Chief also at this years Glengarry games on the last weekend in July. Will anyone else from the rabble be there? Cheers, Josh

I will be there. I have been vending there for the past 6 years. I really enjoy this venue.
This year I have decided to have a larger booth in a different location. I'll now be on the north side of the field. Look forward to seeing you there.

Just now packing, loading up the car, and getting the trailer ready. Heading up to Maxville on Wednesday for set-up on Thursday. Rather excited about the games as I will be launching a new line of tweed kilts.

I won't be there but the pipe band from whom I am taking lessons - the Fredericton Society of St. Andrews Pipe Band - will be there competing in Grade 2.

Games were fantastic - Saturday anyway. One year I will get the Friday off... :sigh:

Cool weather and clouds in the morning burned off by 10ish.. but by 3:00 is was hot!

Heavyweights entertained all day, pipe bands everywhere, with the massed bands as spectacular as ever, dancers, March of the Clans with my son holding the MacKenzie banner (my daughter and I were relegated to the second row) - great!
