Anyone Going to the Blairsville Games?

Is anyone going to the Blairsville, GA games June 14-15? My wife and I went last year and had a great time! I think this may only be their 3rd year and last year they were the same weekend as the Greenville, SC games. Probably one of the smaller Scottish festivals in the southeast, but still, a beautiful little park, lots of nice people, several vendors, and more athletic events than I would have expected. We'll be going again this year, hope to see you there.

I will be there as Convener for the Georgia Chapter, House of Gordon. As such, I offer the hospitality of the Gordon tent to all X-Markers in attendance. I also plan to go to the Scottish Rock Concert (their term). I believe Hunting MacCleod are the featured band, and last year they rocked the park. Unfortunately, Meeks Park is a dry location, but we just keep the libation sub tabula. It's an easy place to reach from just about anywhere in north GA, SW NC, or SE TN, so I hope a few can make it. Obviously we're competing a bit with the Greenville games and Taste of Franklin, but there are only so many weekends.

I think the Greenville Games are a week earlier this year.

Greenville Games are June 7.
Kilt Kamp in Franklin is June 9-13.
Taste of Scotland festival in Franklin is June 14.
Blairsville Games are June 14-15.
