| Based on the weather/temperature last year, I'm betting it will be (or at least will FEEL like) a lot closer to 100° than the "80°" noted.
We're planning on going again, afaik - anyone else?

I plan to be there. I'm going to try and see if I can get about a dozen of my troop to come up to flagstaff with me. I think we'd have a fun time. It'd be awesome if you could repost this about a week or two before the event. Cheers!

I'm planning on going (unless I get booked to DJ some event that weekend).
I've gone the last 3 years & enjoy getting out of the heat of the Valley & immersing myself in lots of cool Celtic culture.
And if you can't wait until July for a dose of the pipes & tossin' o' the caber, don't forget the Prescott Highland Games at Watson Lake on May 19th. This is a fine games in a great setting. Highly recommended! http://www.prescottareacelticsociety.com

I hope to compete there this year. Maybe I'll get to meet some more X-markers.

I wish I'd known about this when I was in grad school in Arizona. Alas, the allure of the tartan was unknown to me then.

Nikki and I were there last year. Somehow missed meeting up with Retrored and Riverkilt (still baffled.) But, it looks like our limited Summer "off time" is taking us to Utah this year. A buddy's getting married... so.... you know how that goes.

Hope to make it again this year. Was disappointed at the LACK of vendors last year and heard from some vendors that the organizers just weren't nice people for the '05 games so they didn't come back.
I go to shop and meet folks so hope the vendors are back this year.
And no clue either how I missed TatBrad and RetroRed last year. Maybe this year we should all go topless so we're easy to find, AND cooler!

My chest piece still needs some work. So, me topless (aside from the pastey white skin and gut) is naye a pretty site.
Wish I could be there this year. We really enjoyed that last year as it was actually our first Highland games.
