Burns Supper - Franklin, NC

Hold the date! The annual Robert Burns Dinner hosted by the Friends of the Scottish Tartans Museum in Franklin, NC, will be held on January 23, 2010.

The venue will once more be "Tartan Hall" at the First Presbyterian Church, located on Church St. in downtown Franklin (an easy walk from the museum).

Gathering time is 5:30pm with dinner served at 6:00pm. There will be a five course traditional Scottish meal, piping, singing, dancing, recitations, the works!

Tickets are $30, but there is a $2 discount if purchased before January 10, so get yours early. Members of the Friends of the Scottish Tartans Museum have tickets to sell, but we also have them available at the museum itself. Come in to buy a ticket, or call the museum to reserve yours at 828-524-7472.

Hope to see you there!
