Fergus Highland Games
Just trying to see who's going to make it this year to Fergus. I'm hopeing to meet a few more X-marks friendlies there. I'll be helping MacHummel at his Canadian Casual Kilts booth. Robert from R-kilts will be there as well.
Looks like another big games with hundereds of venders and food booths and all events from pipes band comp. to the heavy's. Can't wait to see the bands and the heavies when I get a chance to get out and about. We will be at the concerts in the evening if your up for a pint or two.
The Mahones are playing on the Sleeman Friday night pub and on Saturday night Madviolet- two girls (Ashley McIssac's sister is one) with there band are opening for the Glengarry Bhoys.
Hope to see some of you there.

The website, for those who are interested.
I'll be up there Saturday, and maybe Sunday as well.
I am easily moved for sympathy for dogs, far more so than for humans, because dogs do not understand. There is no way to explain that you will return, that the vet will make it all better, that they cannot go shooting today because that is not what today is about. They cannot work out that their misery is finite and will some time end, and so their misery is magnified.
