Harpenden Highland Gathering 2008 Pictures
The great day finally arrived and six of the rabble gathered for the event.
I arrived early, at just after 9am (having got up at 4am!) so here a a few pics to set the ball rolling.
The Highland Dancers were already performing.
Although vastly outnumbered by the wee lassies it was nice to see a wee laddie doing his bit.
And he was pretty good too!
The dancing was accompanied by a piper of course.
It wasn't difficult to work out the meeting point!

oops typo! can a nice kind Moderator edit the title to read Harpenden instead of Harpended?
