The weekend of July 3rd,4th,and 5th one of my favourite highland games takes place in Kincardine Ontario on the shores of Lake Huron.

The whole community takes part, tartan Fridays one month leading up to the games, if you aren't wearing a piece of tartan you're fined.
Saturday night the main street closes for a parade at 8:00 pm. The main street used to be a major highway thoroughfare.
