I'm glad to see a thread already started for this one. Just emailed the organizers to find out when the schedule of events for 2006 will be on their website. I'll post a link when it's up.

Great event! Anyone close enough should give it a try.
Unfortunately I'll be out of the country this year. I'll sorely miss it.

I ought to be able to make it this year. Last year I had to leave for a conference that weekend.

Aside from us jumping and acting like fools, is there a way to spot our fellow xmarkers?

Yeah, we're the guys in kilts who are jumping and acting like fools.

Actually, this problem has come up before. Other than wearing some distinctive article of clothing, like the Xmarks t-shirt, no good answer has come up. And that's not a complete solution, because a member may not have the distinctive article, or may choose not to wear it.

Unless you recognize the person from their pictures, the only way is to go up to everyone in a kilt and ask, "Are you on Xmarks?" Fellow members will greet you , and everyone else will look at you REALLY strangely.

Maybe right before the event we could all post a recent picture of ourselves kilted?

If real hot SWK Irish, if muddy again SWK nightstalker, if real nice or strangely cold, Dunbar modern 16oz. I may be with a lovely wife (wearing kilt inspector shirt); 1 to 4 teens dressed as country, punk, goth; a redtick coonhound; a giant in USAKilt Gunn; and maybe some strangers hanging on for dear life.

It sounds like Randy has upgraded to a new accessory - the entourage!

X-Markers are easy to spot. We're the ones with the largest entourage of beautiful women.
Armageddon was yesterday. Today we have real problem.
