They've got 3 nights in a row only 6 miles away from me. I'll definitely be catching them again this year.

The RHCP is a great celtic rock band. My wife and I had the opportunity to see them at the Dublin Irish Festival (Ohio). This is one band you don't want to miss if they are anywhere near you.

Here are a couple of pictures from Friday night (Aug. 2nd) at the Dublin Irish Festival.

Simon Fraser fought as MacShimidh, a Highland chief… wrapped and belted in a plaid over the top of his linen shirt, like his ordinary kinsmen. He put a bonnet on his head, and stuck the Fraser emblem, a sprig of yew, in it. With the battle cry, A'Chaisteal Dhunaidh and the scream of the pipes, they charged to battle. They are headlining Pipes in the Valley in Hartford, CT on September 28th. As it is in a public park the festival is FREE.
