San Antonio Highland Games

Anyone plan on attending the San Antonio Highland Games (March 27-28, 2010 at the Helotes Fairgrounds, 12210 Leslie Road, Helotes, TX 78023)?

If you're planning on attending, and can arrange your schedule to be there on Friday evening, don't forget about the Tartan Day commemoration at the Alamo on the 26th. I believe it starts at 6 p.m.

I will be at Helotes probably on both days (Sat. and Sun.). I just live about 30 miles away.

I will be there posting a tent for the Clan MacIntyre Association. All come by the clan gathering area for a free bottle of water and say hello.

That reminds me - I need to check my gear to make sure nothing is broken.

Coaching in the morning and highland gaming in the afternoon after 2:00.

We'll be there for sure on Sat. We'll have the dogs in the dog glen from 12-3 to introduce visitors to the Scottish Breeds. We have non breed standard Scotties, they are long legged, so we'll be easy to spot. We're going to try to be at the Alamo.
