    Talking Scotland County Highland Games

    For all of those of you who mourned the passing of the Flora MacDonald Games; Scotland County is hosting a new set on October 2-4, 2009 at the John Blue House and Historical Complex (just outside of Laurinburg, NC).

    We picked up a brochure at the Loch Norman games, and it looks like we may just try 'em out.

    Good to know. I may have to drive down for this. I didn't know they held games down that way, but it only makes sense. It is Scotland, after all.

    I'm I that only one finding it strange that "SCOTLAND" county is just now having thier first highland games? LOL!!!
