Virginia Highland Games

Haven't seen it mentioned yet, but the Virginia Highland Games in Alexandria are September 16th at Ft. Ward Park in Alexandria.

This would be fun. Geoffrey (Tailor) is supposed to be there. That could be dangerous.

Thanks for the info. Being new to the area I wasn't sure when the highland games were. I'm looking forward to it already (i.e., my wife is probably already shuttering from seeing all those men in kilts).

I won't be able to make that one, but I plan on being at Williamsburg on the 30th. Anyone planning to go there?

I'll be at Williamsburg and at Richmond the last weekend in October. I might try and make it Alexandria on a day trip. It depends on the cash situation and if gas prices continue to drop. By the way, does anyone recognize the badge here, with a few differences it looks like the Xmarks badge.
