Gene and Ruth have reserved an extra tent space, right next to the MacNaughton tent so this year we'll actually have OUR OWN TENT. We'll be sharing it with the MacNaughtons, though by now they're old friends and that's hardly a burden! WalkerK bought a spiffy new tent, so bring folding chairs and if someone has a table we can put out some X-Marks stuff though WE ARE NOT AN OFFICIAL X-MARKS CLAN TENT. We're in tent space #22.

I might bring up an X-Kilt and a mannequin and have a couple of copies of the manual there.

Gene wants us all to know that the Callie Club of Sacramento does not allow glass containers on the grounds. DO NOT BRING GLASS CONTAINERS...not even if it's full of Devils Canyon Beer.

Now, we owe Gene $35 for the tent space so all you X-Markers chip in a few bucks and nobody has to shoulder the burden. I personally suggest that WalkerK and Madalyn are exempted from the fee since they're bringing the tent. I know I've got $5 for the pot.

I'll be there on Sunday to throw in the Masters 50+ group. Who else is showing up?

Alas, we are going to a family camp that weekend, so we can't make it. Definitely planning to hit the Livermore games, on May 11th though.

I'm going. Maybe Friday and camping; maybe early Saturday morning. Again pulled between the MacNaughtons and the MacLarens (... waiting to see who has the prettiest [unattached] lasses and/or the best food ) No problem contributing to the space fee.

We'll be traveling to Woodland Friday evening to be there for the early set-up time Saturday morning. This means missing the monthly meeting at Devil's Canyon Brewery (again). Hope someone is claiming my two pints from the "beer club".

Paperwork has been received from Gene & Ruth for the NOT AN OFFICIAL X-MARKS CLAN TENT. Bring your folding chairs. Since glass containers are prohibited, remember to fill your flasks.
