Afternoon at Skerray, Dinner at Tongue

A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and family were having a week in their caravan at Skerray on the north coast of Scotland, so we joined them for an afternoon. Then had dinner at the Ben Loyal Hotel, Tongue.

The camp site at Skerray. They had it to them-selves.

View from the camp site. The bay and Neave Island.

Skerray Harbour with Eilean nan Ron in the distance.

A boat at the side of the camp site.

Then off to Tongue, just along the coast and dinner at the Ben Loyal Hotel.

    View from the dining room.

A couple of shots at the back of the hotel.

    Ben Loyal

Me having a smoke. Tut! Tut!

Great meal. I had venison, yum yum.

This was my first kilt before I knew my surname was a Maclaren.

Still waiting for new tank in Maclaren Ancient. Another month yet.

I've never eaten at a restaurant called "Tongue".

Those are beautiful pictures. Thanks for posting them.
