The Airship goes on rescue mission

I thought I had lost my rucksack somewhere on Sat's adventure. It was found and handed in to the pub, with all the contents still in it ... my bush hat, glasses case .. nothing major. Dont know who the people were who handed it in, but they certainly my kinda people, like u lot at xmarks.
So the little airship wasted no time in suggesting we go on rescue rucksack mission.
We left very early and I decided to take a little longer route to the bus station and pass Spillers Records ... the oldest record shop in the world ... a search on the net and you will get all the info

Not long after we were on road again

We spent the hour wait for the next bus here

Then took off again on the hopper bus

As it was a very damp day, the mountain fog started as we progressed

This is a house that is up in the hills .. quite eirie in the fog ... but the little airship was not put off and took total control of the mission

    Then we reached our destination

And the little airship secured my rucksack

I was so thankful to the little airship I bought her a mulled wine and mince pie to thank her

We were only staying an hour cos I had to get back .... but the little airship has taken a liking to the Red Cow and wanted to stay for a few days and even excepted a job behind the bar ...

We came out and it was still a bit foggy

The airship wanted to go to Talybont but I had to put me foot down and say no

    So we headed back

Later that night I handed over the little airship to its guardians whilst we go to bed

This morning we have woken up fully refreshed and are contemplating with the map our next adventure

I only have a few more days b4 the little ship will b passed on .... so will do my best to make the most of it

Love your adventures and the pictures! I believe that the little airship has visited a record number of pubs!

Great story. Good to see the Saltire completed the mission and retrieved the rucksack.

If your series of adventures has proven anything, it is that that wee little blimp has the astonishing ability to seek out a pub in much the way that a golf ball always manages to locate a water hazard. A remarkably valuable artifact if I ever saw one!

Too bad there are not little pub stickers to put on the Saltire! Enjoying your adventures very much, Derek.
