USNY is, however, just a couple of hours as the crow flies from the Centre of the Universe which we all know here north of the 49th is Toronto. So you're not in the centre, but you're certainly in the same time zone.

re. pics; You're quite welcome. This begins an odyssey of kilt making for me. However it turns out it will be exciting and educational. And, yes there will be more pics as things develop.

Yep X, ya just grab the material and pull it towards you, then you reach back about six inches and pull it towards you, then you....

I saw the video too, it's a piece a cake!!

In all seriousness, with your attention to detail I am sure you will do just fine. I can hardly wait to see the pics.

Dont forget to buy a thimble though, you dont want to stain that tartan!! :l
