    It's near I70, around the Washington Monument. Close to the Appalachian Trail, but I'm not exactly sure where, since I got the photo from another hiker's collection of photos. I could find out if you need to know.

    There are a couple bars down there with them. Dead Freddy's in Baltimore has one too.

    You'll see a load of them in Cape May, NJ on Irish Weekend. If you're in New York City, there's one at Connolly's Bar.
