No, I didn't spell it wrong. Just made a terrible pun.

I'm in Porstsmouth,VA for a conference and visited Colonial Williamsburgh yesterday. There was a Scottish shop where I found this fellow.

The City of Victoria sponsored an adopt a bear program this last year.
One of the hotels "The Royal Scot" wanted their bear, named "Stewart", to have a kilt. So I made one.
