I thought it was time for a change, the photo below is from my wedding day, and is really my favourite photo from the entire day, I am wearing my 16oz 8 yard hand sewn kilt from Barb Tewksbury, the Braemar Jacket is from Hector Russell, as is the House of Edgar wool tie and L&M Sealskin Dress Sporran and Ghillie Brogues that you can't see. I'm also wearing Hawick hose in Royal Scot Argyll tops from Redshanks Scotland. The dress shirt was from the Source Menswear, the cufflinks I wore were my late uncle's a gold set with a thistle design on them.

Hard to choose, but I think I'll go with this one, 'cause if I can't have fun in a kilt, what's the point.
Best regards,
Jake

Here's mine:
It's not the best quality picture, but I like it because:
1. I'm all done up in my formal best.
2. I've got that nifty Carnival medal from the talent show.
3. The lovely ladies I have my arms around, who also have their arms around me, and who looked amazing in their formal attire.
4. They asked me for the picture.

Here I are looking spiffy. I like it because I almost never dress formally, and I looked darned good. I also like it because I had been out in 90 degrees for an hour, and my hair was misbehaving. I like that because it tipifies me- all the details gotten at first, but things slowly slipping out of my control...

It is my most recent, but I do think it's my best kilted pic yet. The semi-dressy day look with a big Ghost Gum in the background.
And I'm enjoying seeing all these pics too!

I guess this will do for now (others not pictured yet) But this is my most expensive kilt, and I Jones for three weeks. Was so thrilled to get it (Pride of Scotland) when it finally arrived. It is one of my favourite tartans. I went to a dinner party that night and was the 'Belle'(?) of the ball! (Well, whatever the guy equivalent is called!).

I don't see myself in photos quite the way I do in the mirror, hence I think that most photos of me are unflattering. However...
...this one is not bad. It's my second made-to-measure "tank" and my second Tewksbury, in the first tartan (MacCreary) to which I had some familial connection, and it features a side of me that I rarely get to see.
Regards,
Rex.

Probably this one, even though you can't really see the kilt... Was me with my three years departed Bernese Mountain Dog... Yes, I was missing a kilt belt, and the sporran was worn a little too high.
Still have the kilt, but would trade it for the dog anyday...
