    Caber turn at Dunsmuir

With thanks to Dave Minkler for the video. The stick is 17 feet and about 85 pounds. The tartan is Scottish National, thank you Gold Brothers. The socks are red athletic sox, tube sox no less.

Sorry, it's "sideways"! (Just turn your monitor on its side, right?)

There are two guys in baseball caps who kind of get in the way of the view, right? The one on the left int he dark Cap is Jack MacKinnon, 67 years young and a heck of a c aber tosser who WON that day with a 12:00 on that stick. I got a 12:05 and Larry Sisseck, the other guy in the light colored cap, got a 12:15.

Talk about close! Each of us only turned it once.

Larry won overall that day, I took second.

Great fun to watch! Now, what do we call that dance. . . the Caber Trot? Caber Cha Cha? Mambo Celticano? Hokey Poley?

Amazing foot work Alan. I didn't know you could dance so well. Congratulations.
