Cally Burns Supper 2012
The annualy Cally (Caledonian Society of Norway) Burns Supper was held at the Oslo Military Society. This is a magnificent facility perfect for our formal event. There were 85 members and guests enjoying a fair share of drams, haggis, pipes and good speeches. This year I could relax as I had no obligations. Last year I held the immortal memory speech.
We had a pint at a nearby pub before heading over to the Oslo Military Society.

When arriving at the premises we were piped through the door.

Before the supper we could buy raffle tickets and look at the many prizes.

Two handsome kilties:

The President of the Cally was presented with the new chain of office.

More to come...............

That is one AWESOME event. I'm jealous.
Look at Scottish guys wearing kilts - you could look at them and laugh, but the way they carry themselves, how can you? If you believe in it, that's what makes it cool.Andre Benjamin - American Rapper (formerly known as Dre) Songwriter and Musician

Crackin' pics. Looks like a ripping do!
And I really like that new Kilt. You have considerably more skill and patience than I.

Are the Burns readings translated or are they read in English? This looks like a fantastic evening. I am sure it was enjoyed by all.
