| | | Celtic Crossroads at the Lucas Theatre
No shortage of Celtic music out and about these days on tour, but Celtic Crossroads, the group we presented last night at the Lucas, stand out. They are from Galway and are a truly talented bunch of young people. We'll definitely look to bring them back to the Lucas!
I opened with the first ever kilted curtain speech on the Lucas stage:
And they followed with a fantastic two sets. My wife wasn't in a great position to shoot, and the pics don't do their excellent show justice:
Make a point to see these folks if they come your way. They'll be back out on tour in a couple of months. I believe they start in Texas then head out west and up the coast.

Wish we could have been there!

This group of young people are fantastic musicians and singers and dancers. I know we were captivated the entire show. This was my first trip to The Lucas Theater and what a way to start what I'm sure will be a long relationship!
Getting photos is tough...you have to decide whether to get a picture or applaud. Still, here are a few. |

You look very sharp up there on stage. Not sure if I have heard any music from this group yet, will have to check them out.
