A great time was had on Saturday, Aug. 12, 2006. The weather was beautiful, the food, drink and music were outstanding and I saw some friends, as well.

Also picked up some kilt hose and flashes that are going to look GREAT with my favorite kilt.

Brian (X-Marker Woodsheal) and his lovely wife, wearing their Jacobite garb, and me, having a bad hair day in the wind and squinting into the sun.



Barb T.'s Mohak Valley Frasers in competition, though it did not appear that Barb was among them.



This young man was crawling around on the dance floor, showing what is worn beneath the kilt. The answer, apparently, is diapers.

Maybe the lad in the dress Gordon kilt and the diaper is a distant relative of yours.

Alleghany is in the western part of the state. Nice country.
