    Charleston Police Pipe & Drum

    We were at a festival in Summerville, SC last weekend (Flowertown Festival) and the Charleston Police Pipe and Drum Band perform on both Saturday and Sunday. The tartan is Charleston Police tartan. A couple pictures attached.
