Christmas Shopping

I need to keep mobile but not to overdo things so I kept my plan to do Christmas shopping on Saturday. Letting someone else drive enabled me to take this photo of the west face of Stirling Castle, while passing on the motorway.

Presents all bought at Dobbie's in Stirling.

Boarding the bus for the return trip.

So far so good, in fact it has been less painful today and I have managed to get through the whole day without taking any Paracetamol.
There is always the danger in the next few weeks that the clot could break away and cause more serious harm but I am cautiously optimistic of being OK by sticking to the rules, exercise but not too strenuous and avoiding any bumps or knocks.

A fair trip from Hawick to Stirling for Christmas shopping!

Good to see Dobbie has been doing well for himself since The Chamber of Secrets.

Good to see you up and around my friend. Glad you're not a drinker - if I remember correctly drinking is contraindicated for the condition.

Hoping I can worry a tad less now.

Alex,
I am among the others in our joy of your recovery, having had my own 'shot across the bow" recently I find myself musing at how youth is wasted on the young>
