Second picture (top only)
Found another one of about 3 weeks ago at a christmas dinner. argyll vest, gordon tie, black shirt and gordon kilt (of which you can only see a wee bit)... my hair's better on this one!

In the first picture, I think you look rather sharp. I believe I will invest in a black bow tie to wear with my fancy kit.
I really like the black on black of the waistcoat / shirt combo and like how the black plays off of the Gordon tie.
Overall, I think you've done well.
