    Day at the Ren Faire

The family went to the Tampa Bay Ren Faire today, at MOSI, and thought to share any kilt pictures here.

    Heading out the door:

A tent was offering Irish National on sale, and my son wanted one. My in the Black Stewart I made, mostly finished but still needs an inner liner. The interfacing and backing got itchy over the day, ow.

My son meeting a guy in a very well made box pleat. Ment to ask him where he'd gotten it made.

Found this awesome kilt-pin that relates to my religion:

A couple of the piccies didn't make it. The wee un looks excited to go to the fair. Nice to see a happy family together.

Wow, that's nicer than the pentagram one I saw on her a few months back.

I like that one. What did that set you back?

$20, I was very pleased with it.

And shockingly, I was surprised how much of a difference it made in the brisk wind we had. Before pin, I'd had my wife give an unexpected kilt check twice. Not a single incident after.

That is a nice looking kilt pin,...and a reasonable price to boot.

Wish we would have waited, we went two weeks ago. The wind was horrid, other than that had a great time, of course any day filled with turkey legs and ale is a good day. Hope you all had a great time, I know my little one, as well as the wife and I did. Can't wait for next year.
