    Dressed to The Kilt

Last night my youngest son Neill & I attended the Saint Andrew Society of Hawaiis Dressed to The Kilt formal ball. This year only 32 people came ( about 1/3 of the last few years). It was held in Honolulu at the Hawaii Prince Hotel at the Ala Wai Yacht Club. 13 Kilted men attended and of these only 10 read the invite that stated Formal wear ( our piper is not include here).

I always love the 'dress-up' occasions. Otherwise what is the point of having nice clothing. Nice variety of dress by the men. Gives a good insight - thanks for posting.

Not sure why, The Saint Andrew Society of Hawaii has a new President this year. The Ex-president was a detailed, party, people person that set up large shows. We only had the one piper instead of the whole pipe band this year.
Last few years there were fashion shows, skits, dancers and musicians- none of those this time.
