Dumfries kilted night out - X Marks the Scot

The 14th Aug, will go down as, one of Dumfries Social highlights of the year, when Alex(Cessna152towser) Nial(Niblox) Robertson(Pour1malt) & myself(David Dalglish) hit the town in search of the infamous "Tenth malt whisky"
The garthering

The warm up drink before the search begins

We tried the Globe( where Rabbie Burns stayed when he was in Dumfries)

We even tried searching Rabbies bedroom-no luck

Nial even sat on Rabbies poets chair for inspiration, tried to recite Rabbie, but he was rubbish

We looked outside, in Rabbies fountain with no avail

Tried the local kilt shop, but they were a load of dummies

We were about to give up, when in the last pub we found it, we were so happy we had to do the Hamish pose to Celebrate

Hope you enjoyed the search as much as we did, in was great fun

Would it be asking too much for some explanation about 'the infamous "Tenth malt whisky"?' Sounds like there's a story there...
