    Family Christmas Meal at Peebles

The annual gathering with Ann's family for a Christmas meal at the Peebles Park Hotel.

A more subdued gathering than last year because of the icy conditions. Warm air currents from the south Atlantic brought about a temperature inversion and rain fell around lunchtime today, onto the frosted ground. By four in the afternoon the sky had cleared and darkness had fallen and black ice formed on the roads and pavements. Also Peter is just recovering from the flu so didn't wear a kilt.

So here is last year's pic for comparison!

Glad you had a good night out Alex. All the best to you and Ann this Christmas.
