Thanks to Glenn, Gary, Dave, Catherine, and Robert for making our visit to Toronto that much more memorable by organizing a kilt night for us, as well as to honor Retro Red and to get to be a part of the history of the Saltire's travels and travelogue. Although I do not know where the airship Saltire is off to next I can tell you it will NOT be Kentucky, as it has a prior special engagement in its near future.
I hope a good time was had by all, as I know it was had by myself and my family. It is great to be able to go almost anywhere these days and find new friends to spend an enjoyable evening with via the connections made on this forum. And on top of that we get to wear our kilts. And eat good food, drink good beer and the occasional fine scotch.
Thanks again for all your hospitality, SOKS.

Jeff
It was our pleasure hosting yourself Carol and Carter for the night. It was a good evening I hope we'll see you next time you're up. It really is great that the forum can connect so many people from all over all the world. I've met XMarkers from lots of different places and I've always found the members of the forum to be even better in real life than on the forum.

It was good to see the other SOKS again (where is Grant, anyway? ), and meeting Jeff, Carol, and wee Carter.

Yeah! Where was Grant? I go all the way to Toronto and the guy no-shows? I was so looking forward to the rubber chicken sporran. Perhaps another time, my friend. Your presence was missed.
