FINALLY!!! It has arrived.
I received a phone call today, from my lovely wife. I'm not sure if she was more excited than me?? LOL . . anyway, my kilt had arrived . . WOO HOO!!!

Of course, I snapped a couple of shots. Well OK, the wife took the photos, I just tried to pose a little (I did a crappy job ). Now, I know my "combination" is not the best of choices. Yes, its a semi dress sporran and yes, I'm wearing a t-shirt . So far, all I have are my kilt and sporran (the belt is something I had already so, I threw it on for looks). Anyway, I wanted to share it with the rabble.
My kilt is the "MacNeil of Barra - Ancient", 8-Yard Lochcarron Heavyweight (from ScottishKilts/TartanWeb in Glasgow, Scotland). I love it already

Congrats!!! Of course on the board here we have a saying, "if you don't post pictures, the kilt does not exist"
and a minor other fabrication to think about..... "when one jones closes another one opens!"
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Congratulations on the new kilt wear it well.
