    First pic post

I decided that I should walk the dog kilted in the first single digit temps DFW has seen in a long time. My wife followed me out and took some pics. It was WINDY! The kilt is a MacRae from Stillwater.

Great pic. Yes, it's a bit cold for DFW, but not for a kilt

Nice photo! It is cold here! During last November's Fort Worth Turkey Trot - when it was just a few degrees warmer than now - I walked my daughter's Beagle in a kilt. Surprisingly, many of the runners all bundled up in their running gear were complaining about the cold but I was doing alright during the walk thanks to my 16 oz. wool, 8 yd kilt and a warm sweater.

    Nice Pic....

....vastly improved by including your dog. I have 2 dogs and they appear in most all of my kilted shots. Had one a few months back and the schnoodle was not planned to be in it. Put the memory card in the computer and Wi-Fi had managed to sneak in right under my kilt.

Awesome picture! There seems to be a large group of kilties in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. My wife's sister lives there, maybe it's time I come for a visit....but not until AFTER the snow.

Thanks for sharing the pic. I really like that MacRae tartan too...

The dog makes a great kilt accessory!

    Nice

Nice photo and a very nice tartan! My stepbrother was a MacRae, and although I have seen swatches on line, this is the first time I have seen that tartan made up into a kilt. Very nice!!
