    First of two new kilts

I ordered two new kilts on Friday to replace kilts I've lost too much weight to wear anymore. I ordered a Thrifty in Buchanan from SWK, and a 13 oz. in Macpherson from Frugal Corner. I got shipping notices on both on Monday. The Buchanan arrived today.

For reference, here's my first kilt, an SWK economy in Black Watch. It's an XXXL. My new kilt is an XL.

Congrats on the weight loss, keep it up man. What ever you're doing it's working. Oh yea and the Buchanan looks good too. I just got a couple for my sons (4 &2), I'll post pictures as soon as I can.

Congratulations on not only the new kilt but also the weight loss. Looking forward to seeing the MacPherson.

The Black Watch in the third pic has already been taken apart. It is going to be used to construct a kilted skirt for Red_Raven_Studios. I haven't quite outgrown my Stewart Black yet (but damned close). Considering that it's an SWK thrifty without much resale value, I'll probably give it to a deserving party when I finish shrinking out of it. I have no idea what I'll do when I shrink out of my Weathered MacKenzie Standard from SWK (besides cry). I'll have to hope he still carries the tartan and order a new one.

I'm wearing my new Buchanan to work tomorrow.

Congratulations. For the next three months I'll be having to eat a whole tree of grapefruit... I'll probably lose a tad of weight. LOL!
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
