    Fitzgibbon tartan unveiling!

Here is the first picture of the newly registered Fitzgibbon tartan. Thanks to Jeff (MacSimoin) for designing the tartan. Matt Newsome made me a 4-yard box pleat. I am so pleased with the tartan and Matt's workmanship is excellent. I cannot recommend him too highly.

The tartan is for all connected with the name Fizzgibbon (Fitzgibbons, Fitz-Gibbon, Gibson, Gibb, MacGibbon, Gilbert, Fitzgerald etc)

This a pic of the pleats:

WOW That's fantastic - Hat's off to MacSimoin for a beautiful tartan and Mat for a splended kilt! Who wove the fabric?

Go Fitzgibbon! Stunning, what can I say? I'm a fan of box pleats to begin with, and that tartan just looks smashing.

Gorgeous tartan, and, as always, Newsome's kilt is wonderful. I love the subdued colors.
