Freedom Cargo Kilt & Freelander Sporran

My Freedom Kilt has arrived today from Steve Ashton as has my new Freelander Sporran from David and Sten.

Beside that red fence, kilt teamed with a hooded fleece.

Olive grey cargo kilt and chocolate brown sporran.

The pleats may need some TLC after crossing the Atlantic. I was surprised by the firmness of the material, which will no doubt soften somewhat through wear and washing.

A close up of the sporran.

With a black pullover. This is a very well built kilt, and being thick and heavy will be very comfortable and warm and I just can't wait to start wearing it regularly. My neighbour was admiring it and when I suggested that our home town might not be quite ready for this style of kilt yet, he said it was very fashionable looking and I shouldn't hesitate to wear it out and about.

    With flight jacket

Today's attempt at a Hamish pose.

Excellent congratulations on a beautiful Kilt and Sporran, great shots as always.

Very nice, C152T! The FK will soften up with washing. I like that colour!
