The Kilt Night was PHENOMENOL!! The food was excellent and Georgia, our waitress was great. Kitangus absolutely rocked the house! If you get a chance, don't miss this band!
Although we did not run into the wee hours, there were some tired old bones the next morning.
Saturday was another working day for the students as the kibbitzers stood by. Dinner was a wonderful BBQ prepared by Bobbie and Steve and held at the Laird of Lochaber's Canadian estate.
The Master Griller.
Gordon Kirkbright enjoys an espresso in the majestic gardens of "Ashton Manor."
As the evening wore on, it became a bit cool. Wanting to be a good representative of BC kilties, I provided a bottle of "Sweet Sippin' Maple Whisky" to warm our new friends. To say it was well received is a MAJOR understatement.
Barb and her new best friend.
Some of the attendees were gifted with a soon to be collector's item.
Well, that's my report. Hopefully you will see more as our friends arrive at their various homes. It was a great weekend making merry and making new friends. To those that wanted to come but could not, I am truly sorry and hope you get another opportunity soon. Take care all.

Glad the maden kilt kamp was such a success. Now will this become an annual event?

WooHoo, that certainly looked like a fun event. (so the question is, after the maple whiskey, can Barb still sew straight??)
