    Generations

I thought maybe we could use a thread that brings together those pics of fathers and sons or grandfather and grandsons or uncles...(well you get the idea) in their kilts. So lets see the generations together in the kilt.

I'll start with my Dad and my two boys. Three generations in kilts.

That's great. On my laptop your Dad looks like Dick VanDyke.
Cowards die many times before their deaths; the valiant never taste of death but once. Of all the wonders I yet have heard, it seems to me most strange that men should fear; seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come. --William Shakespeare, Julius Caesar

This was our Christmas card photo this year. Kilts and tartan skirts are a tradition that I and the F-H.C.A.G. have started last year. I hope there will come a time when a grown Sinbad and Xena have little ones that will stand with us proud in their tartan finery.

Picture of me and my son in Gordon Modern. Soon we'll both be in Ebay Buchanan as well.

Chef, Panache, Turpin those are all great pictures. I love "family" shots over just individual.

My son and his family came up for a visit back in September. We attended the NMLRA Eastern Primitive Rendezvous together. Unfortunately, I don't have any photo's of all of us together, but here's one showing my son and I, and another showing the oldest grandson, all taken at the Highland Games at the Rendezvous.
I'm the one with the Caber, my son is to the right, holding my pipes.

This one is my oldest grandson, awaiting his turn at the Stone throw

To the best of my knowledge, that was the first time they'd ever had 3 generations of one family on the field competing at the same time. At least at the Eastern Rendezvous.
All skill and effort is to no avail when an angel pees down your drones.
