Getting ready for new years/birthday dinner

It was my youngest daughters birthday so we thought we'd do a new years and birthday dinner rolled into one.
My wife is sporting a kilted skirt we found at a thrift store for 5 bucks! It caught my eye from across the store, and fit her like it was made for her.

At first I thought your wife was the daughter, and then I saw that the two of you look about the same age.

Maybe I shouldn't have written that...

You both look splendid, and I hope you have a happy 2010.

Great photo, Happy New Year to you and the entire family. Oh and a belated Happy Birthday to your daughter.

LOL well the wife is younger than me so I don't think she'll mind the comment.
