 Glenkinchie Distillery!
after Edinburgh we went tae Glenkinchie Distillery...
it is yin o' the few lallan distilleries left....
here ai am a' the entrance wi' the pic o' the manager...
no many distilleries run by women... nice tae see....

whilst waitin fur the tour...
they have a greit display o' illicit stills an the process o' makin whisky...
even an entire distillery in miniature!

is divided intae foreshots, middle cut, an after shots...
anily the middle cut is kept... the others gae back tae bae distilled again...
ya can see the spirit poorin oot oan the left side...

Excellent illustrated report, P1M; great pictures and an enjoyable read. But I think you would have needed a larger kilt to conceal that illicit still!
