Tommorow Sten Rune and I will be walking the annual Holtefjelmarsjen.

What is the monument for at the bottom right of the picture? I see the ribbons with the colours of the Norwegian flag -- is this some sort of memorial to the Norwegian resistance during WWII?

And what does Holtefjelmarsjen mean?

It's a march /walk to commemerate the Resistance cell's which populated the hills and woods in the area under the occupation. The location in the picture is one such place
